Hi Shelly, great gift idea! My favourites are Bommie and Mariners - Both will be a treat. Fantastic seafood! The only thing to keep in mind is Bommie is more fine-dining if that's what you're after.

Definately the best coffee on Hamilton Island is at the Airport cafe. They have a new Barrista there named Jack and he makes an awesome cup of coffee exactly how you want it. I fully recommend asking for Jack to make your coffee when next flying out.
